Cancellation Policy


* Each listing and reservation on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy.

MODERATE

Except Luxstay’s commission fee for each booking, we will fully refund to our guests if your cancellation has our approval 05 days prior to arrival.

·         For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s local check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on 3pm Friday, 23/09, cancel by the previous Sunday 18/09 before 3pm

·         If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded.

·         If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.


STRICT

Except Luxstay’s commission fee for each booking, we will refund 50% to our guests if your cancellation has our approval 1 week prior to arrival.

·         For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on 3pm Friday 23/09, cancel by Friday of the previous week before 3pm.

·         If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
